PathWest database False Match

PathWest if a government pathology lab in Western Australia. In 2003 a false match to a database sample was made apparently due to contamination of an evidence sample with DNA from a database sample. This is very similar to the Leskie case - and now how rare would we estimate these errors to be? PathWest documents
